TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND CONTRACTING

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the user (hereinafter, "the Client") and the GOOWNED platform. Accessing, registering, and purchasing any service implies full acceptance of the clauses detailed below.

| 1. CONSENT BY TECHNOLOGICAL ACT AND ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE

The Client acknowledges that the GOOWNED platform implements a technical and legal restriction that prevents the completion of any transaction without prior acceptance of these terms. Therefore, completing payment constitutes a valid electronic signature and an unequivocal expression of consent under the laws of Seychelles.

Truthfulness of Identity: The Client is obligated to register using real and verifiable personal information. GOOWNED reserves the right to audit this information at any time. Providing false information or refusing validation will result in permanent account suspension without right to claim or refund.

| 2. SEYCHELLES JURISDICTION AND LEGAL EXCLUSIVITY

GOOWNED has its legal and operational headquarters in the Republic of Seychelles.

Applicable Law: All relationships are governed exclusively by the laws of Seychelles.
Waiver of Local Jurisdiction: The Client waives any other local jurisdiction.
Privacy: External regulations (such as GDPR or others) are not applicable.

| 3. PAYMENT POLICY, NO REFUNDS, AND DISPUTES

Given the digital and immediate delivery nature of the service, all payments are final and irrevocable.

Dispute Clause: Any attempt to reverse a payment or initiate a chargeback will be considered a severe breach of contract.

Indemnification: The Client agrees to be liable for all damages and administrative costs generated.
Suspension: Access will be permanently revoked without any right to compensation.

| 4. SECURITY, MONITORING, AND TECHNICAL SANCTIONS

GOOWNED actively monitors its infrastructure. Any attempt at manipulation, reverse engineering, cracking, or misuse will result in immediate account suspension.

Duplicate Accounts and Suspicious Activity: Creating duplicate accounts or engaging in any activity that suggests platform abuse is strictly prohibited. The only permitted exception is purchasing multiple licenses for use on different devices (e.g., 2 licenses on 2 PCs), which requires prior communication with technical support via ticket to request authorization. If suspicious activity or unauthorized duplication is detected without prior notice, all linked accounts may be permanently suspended, applying Section 3 regarding our strict no-refund policy in full.

| 5. CODE OF CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED USE

The Client agrees to responsible and respectful use. The following are strictly prohibited:

Verbal abuse, harassment, or offensive behavior toward staff or users
Spam or fraudulent activities
Exploitation of vulnerabilities or technical attacks against our infrastructure

Any breach will result in permanent suspension.

| 6. LICENSING AND HWID

Licenses are locked to the user's hardware identifier (HWID). Shared or simultaneous use across unauthorized machines results in immediate revocation.

| 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed during game patch updates. Compensation for downtime will only be considered if a service interruption exceeds 96 consecutive hours.

| 8. LAWFULNESS OF FUNDS AND VERIFICATION

The Client declares that the funds used originate from lawful sources and authorized payment cards. GOOWNED may require identity verification at any time. Non-compliance will result in permanent suspension without refund.

| 9. ANTI-FRAUD AND CHARGEBACK CLAUSE

Acceptance of Consumed Service: The Client acknowledges that the service is digital, intangible, and granted immediate access, and is considered consumed in full upon activation.

Prohibition of Chargebacks: Initiating disputes, chargebacks, or payment reversals once the purchase is completed is expressly prohibited.

Admission of Technical Evidence: The Client accepts as valid and irrevocable proof all technical logs generated by GOOWNED, including IP addresses, account activity, login timestamps, downloads, devices, and HWID.

Sanctions for Non-Compliance: In the event of a chargeback or attempted fraud:

Permanent and irreversible account suspension
Cancellation of all active licenses and services
Inclusion in internal and merchant fraud prevention databases
Permanent block from future purchases

Financial Liability: The Client agrees to assume all costs arising from the chargeback, including processor fees, penalties, and administrative expenses.

Additional Actions: GOOWNED reserves the right to take legal and collection measures to recover financial losses resulting from disputes initiated in bad faith.

Assignment of Data for Breach: In the event of a dispute, chargeback, or attempted fraud, the Client expressly authorizes GOOWNED to use, assign, or transfer all of their personal data to third parties, collection agencies, or fraud reporting platforms in order to recover the expenses and costs generated by the claim.

| 10. COOKIE POLICY

GOOWNED uses technical and analytical cookies required for site operation and license authentication. Essential cookies cannot be disabled.
